What do you actually want, Reader?
Somewhere along the way this year, I think I stopped asking myself this question.
It’s the end of the year and it’s also my bday in a couple weeks which naturally always leads me to be a little more contemplative, looking back on this year, and thinking about where I wanna go next year and beyond, and this was something I’ve been thinking about lately.
I was listening to an episode of the Morning Microdose Podcast with Mel Robbins, and she was talking about creating a practice of asking yourself what you want every day… None of it has to be set in stone, just getting into the habit of asking the question, and seeing where it leads you.
For me, I think I kept subconsciously telling myself ‘IDK WHAT I WANT THO’, but really, I kinda do, I just stopped asking the question out of fear, and likely multiple other reasons that I’ll save for therapy… Because turns out, when I took the time to ask the question (with zero expectations or judgement) I wrote a whole page of shit I want. 😉
So… What do you actually want?
For yourself, for your life, for your family, your business, the world... all of it?
